How do I add to my shopping bag?

You can add to your shopping in either of the two modes:

   1. SHOP BY GARMENT

  • You can add to your shopping bag directly from the drill down Garment Page
  • You will notice an
    ADD TO SHOPPING BAG
    button.

 

   2. SHOP BY COLLECTION

  • Where it is possible to add several garments and apparel (or an entire outfit) to your SHOPPING BAG.
  • Simply navigate to the Collection Drill down page found via the top drop down menu – then select a collection model shot to reach the SHOP BY COLLECTION drill down page.
  • Then select the garments worn by the model in the shot by clicking the check boxes on the right garment listing and press the
     
    button.

     

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping bag?

Once you have clicked the

ADD TO SHOPPING BAG

Button your page will refresh and you will notice the number of items in the top right corner in the SHOPPING BAG will increase.

 

How do I view the items in my shopping bag?

Clicking on the SHOPPING BAG icon in the top right hand corner of the online shop will take you directly to the SHOPPING BAG page.

How do I edit my items in my shopping bag?

Once at the SHOPPING BAG page you can alter the contents of your bag by changing the number of items in the ‘quantity’ text field provided and continue to the secure area to complete your purchase.

How do I select a shipping method?

Once you have added items to your SHOPPING BAG you are able to then proceed from the SHOPPING BAG page to the PAYMENT DETAILS page where you can select a shipping package and calculate the shipping costs.

How do I know my order has been processed?

Once an order is received by the sales administration team, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order by visiting the ORDER TRACKING section in your ACCOUNT AREA.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

The time to receive your order will depend on availability of stock and there is a possibility some items will require manufacture. Made-to-order and garments requiring alteration take 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing schedule at the time of order. If you have a deadline or a particular date when you require your item you can indicate this via the text box provided. If the delivery of your order is taking longer than expected feel free to contact us and we will respond with the status of your item.

An item is missing from my delivery.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order by logging into the ACCOUNT AREA and proceeding to the order area. If you wish to gain further information regarding your order please contact us.
